Project Management
We specialize in delivering complete solutions for telecommunications project management, from the planning phase through implementation and maintenance. Installation Design
The Installation Design is a critical stage, in which we analyze all the information collected during the site Survey, including photos and technical reports. From this data, we develop a complete technical solution covering infrastructure, access network, transmission and the RF solution.
Our specialized team produces a detailed design of the solution, ensuring precision during deployment. We also manage all the documentation required for site sharing and access authorizations.
At the end, we deliver all the documentation, such as the PPI, photographic reports and detailed bills of materials, ensuring the project is ready for the installation phase in accordance with the network operator’s requirements.
Logical Design
Using our own tools, our team calculates and defines the logical data required for the network plan, such as LAC, PSC, TAC, PCI, RSI, nrTAC, nrPCI and nrRSI, among others, ensuring the logical design is ready for configuration in the logical integration stage. We also plan inter-RAT, intra-RAT, inter-vendor and intra-vendor neighbor relations, ensuring seamless interoperability between technologies and vendors.
Logical Integration
We carry out every stage of network element configuration and integration, ensuring each phase is performed with precision and efficiency. We develop customized configurations based on the logical and physical designs, using our own tools for automatic network parameter planning and neighbor list definition.
Our technical team provides continuous support to field teams, guiding them through the equipment activation and configuration process and ensuring all activities are coordinated efficiently.
We have expertise in activating and integrating new components and technologies, including 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G, regardless of manufacturer. Our proprietary tools allow us to manage and optimize every process, ensuring new elements are integrated into the network with full compliance and performance. At the end, we deliver complete activation reports and performance indicators (KPIs) as requested by the operator.
Drive Test and SSV
We perform Drive Tests (SSV) to ensure RF quality and the correct configuration and installation of expanded or newly deployed sites. We provide full support to the field team during testing across all technologies involved (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G).
The tests validate coverage and performance, generating detailed reports according to the templates agreed between the vendor and the operator.
Initial Tuning
During the Initial Tuning phase, our team audits RF parameters to ensure network uniformity after the integration of the new element. Based on activation reports and performance indicators (KPIs), we evaluate the system’s configuration and operation, adjusting parameters, antenna tilts and azimuths, and correcting any issues identified.
If the KPIs do not reach the expected results, we carry out detailed troubleshooting, including the necessary adjustments and corrections. Once the performance levels required by the operator are met, we deliver reports demonstrating the quality of the integrated element’s operation.
Optimization
We offer complete cellular network optimization services aimed at improving the performance and efficiency of mobile networks. Our team uses proprietary, advanced tools to fine-tune network parameters such as coverage, capacity and quality of service, and analyzes performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and fix issues. An engineering tool designed for the integration of new 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G elements, regardless of the equipment manufacturer. Beyond automating configuration, it works as a centralized database, organizing all the logical information needed to make lookups and real-time configuration easier.
The stored information includes RF, transmission and baseline data as well as the physical configuration of the equipment to be installed, and it is compatible with any software version present on the new element, ensuring flexibility in the integration process.
The tool also offers an intuitive interface for dynamically adding elements such as BASEBANDs, RRUs, ANTENNAS and CONNECTIONS, representing the RADIATING SYSTEM as a visual drawing. This makes the configuration process simpler and more accessible, providing a clear, organized view of the equipment to be installed.
A real-time KPI monitoring tool capable of generating performance reports and custom metrics according to the needs of the operator and the project. The tool provides graphical visualization of results, with the ability to enlarge charts and show or hide specific lines for a more detailed, intuitive analysis. It is also possible to plot charts of several elements in aggregate form, making data comparison and interpretation more effective.
An important feature is the inclusion of an identifying marker on the charts to highlight network intervention moments, making it easier to track the impact of the actions taken. Unlike market solutions, the tool can generate and download multiple charts with a single click, speeding up the preparation of complete reports and optimizing the time of the teams involved.
